The shoes feature an electroluminescent outsole, Nike notes, plus "space-age materials" and a rechargeable internal battery good for 3,000 hours. The shoe appears to be designed as close as possible to the original footwear, even going so far as to include the glowing LED "Nike" logo and lights in the heel of the shoe.
